Not only did the staff assist me in finding my lost ID card promptly, but they also ensured that I had access to ironing facilities whenever necessary. the attention to detail extended to the room itself, where the heating and air conditioning provided the perfect temperature for relaxation, complemented by a cozy sitting area ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring Istanbul's cultural wonders. the presence of a terrace offered stunning views of the city, creating a peaceful retreat right within the hotel premises. the thoughtful provision of tea and coffee facilities in the room added a homely touch, while the free toiletries felt luxurious and indulgent. the soundproofed rooms guaranteed a peaceful night's sleep, allowing me to wake up refreshed and ready to enjoy the delicious breakfast spread served by the friendly staff.
